This Privacy Policy describes the ways in which Actionopoly Inc dba: Action House, (“Action House,” “AH” “Company,” we,” “our,” or “us”) collect, use, and disclose information about you through Actionhouse.com and all other Company websites and applications that link to this policy (the “Services”). By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy, now and as from time to time amended by us.

In addition you may choose to provide information directly to other users of the Services (“Third Party Users”), for example to arrange to try a fitness class or product, blog about a topic, join a group, or otherwise contribute content visible to such Third Party Users. Where is this Information Processed?
Information collected through the Services will be processed in and subject to the laws of the United States, which may not provide the same level protection for your personal information as your home country, and may be available to the United States government or its agencies under a lawful order made in the United States. The Services are not directed to, nor do we knowingly collect information from, children under the age of 21. In addition, to buy, sell product on AH or obtain referral credits in connection with a sales and purchases, the user must be at least 21 years of age or using the Services under the supervision of an adult parent or legal guardian, in which case the adult is responsible for all account-related activity. Changes to this Privacy Policy
If we update this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting a new Privacy Policy on this page. If we make any revisions that materially change the ways in which we use or share the information previously collected from you through the Services, we will notify you via the contact information you provide to us via the Services.
